Network deployment begins with the successful identification and procurement of viable locations for our clients’ facilities. To that end, our teams use deep industry knowledge, a wide network of industry contacts, and the most advanced tools available to reduce cycle time, reduce client costs, and provide the most optimal locations that meet stringent RF and engineering requirements. Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Site and Field Audits: We provide our clients with thorough lease audits, zoning analysis, field audits, inventory audits, asset evaluation and pre-construction assessments that result in the optimization of deployment, operations and modifications.

  • Candidate Identification: For each individual project, our teams analyze and pre-qualify multiple candidates for access to power, fiber, telco, jurisdictional regulations, available space, ease of access, and construction costs. We work with RF engineering prior to field visits in order to mutually further identify viable candidates that meet all the requirements of the client. This approach eliminates the unknowns and reduces the cycle time from candidate search to “on air”.

  • Title Order, Review and Cure: We order and obtain a title commitment, title abstract, or other acceptable title report and legible copies of all relevant supporting documents. We prepare a Title Review Memo for the client reporting all exceptions to title, actions required to cure title, and conduct curative action to correct any title defects.

  • Site Acquisition/Leasing: We provide all services necessary to acquire legal rights and approvals on behalf of the client to install and operate the proposed installation. We perform network deployment services nationally with both local and centralized teams. This approach combines local knowledge with national economies of scale, results in greater efficiencies and quality control, thus expediting the processes and utilizing “best practices” across all programs. For example, we develop pre-approved alternative lease language with the client prior to the start of the project, thus shortening the legal review process and reducing costs.

  • Retail Store & Warehouse Location: Our team has years of experience with market research, analysis, site identification and lease negotiations for our clients expanding their distribution footprints. We view the lease negotiations as just the start of a broader effort. The retail location must also consider other tenants, competitive restrictions, signage, development, security concerns, parking access, and more to ensure an successful location.
